Water excursion to Ogoy Island and Holy Springs

The excursion starts from the pier of Khuzhir village (Olkhon Island), from where we go by ship or speed boat to the Holy Springs (travel time is 1 hour). At the springs you will have a unique opportunity to try mineral water containing silver. Then we board the ship and go to Ogoy Island.

Ogoy Island is the largest of the islands located in the Small Sea. In 2005, a Buddhist stupa was erected here, the Stupa of Enlightenment, the stupa of victory over all obstacles. There is a belief that Buddhist stupas help to dissolve all negativity and troubles and contribute to the prosperity of the area in which they are located. Also, many believe that the stupa will benefit those who visit it consciously. Today, many tourists from all over the world go to Baikal only for the sake of Ogoy Island, in order to recharge with positive spiritual energy and cleanse themselves of negativity.

On the island you will be given an excursion, the total time on the island will be 1 hour, after which you will go on a boat trip to the pier in the village of Khuzhir.
